My journey began with a bachelor’s degree in applied computer sciences, which ignited my love for technology and set me on my current career path. In addition to my technical prowess, I’ve developed strong leadership and teamwork skills, thanks to my background in scouting. When I’m not immersed in the tech world, you’ll find me indulging in my creative side through music.
Currently, I’m making strides as a Cloud Endpoint Technical Specialist. My role involves assisting enterprise customers in modernizing their endpoints and adopting a Zero Trust security model. As a pre-sales technical specialist, my main goal is to build trust with our customers and showcase the value of M365 Solutions.
My work revolves around endpoints (be it physical or virtual), managed by MDM solutions like Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and other ‘as-a-service’ technologies. Collaborating closely with field sales solution specialists, I delve into our customers’ business challenges, devise technology strategies to tackle these challenges, and remove technical barriers to facilitate digital transformation.
